VPO Australia Pty Ltd, established in July 2022, provides back-office support to CPA firms and businesses  in Australia through its subsidiary, VPO Nepal Private Limited. Founded in Kathmandu, Nepal, VPO delivers high-quality, cost-effective offshore outsourcing solutions. Our team consists of Chartered Accountants, Tax Accountants, and Bookkeepers, including CAs, ACCAs, and MBAs, ensuring top-notch service. We pride ourselves on our diverse and skilled team, a seamless transition process for clients, and robust IT systems that prioritize data security and confidentiality.

Prashank Sapkota, founding partner of VPO has experience of more than 8 years in core accounting, taxation and auditing. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. He is also an Information Systems Auditor. He was associated with V.Rohatgi & Co and JRS & Co, Indian mid-sized CA firms for the first 3 years and working with various clients at professional level. After that, he was engaged as Operations Director in VPO Nepal Private Limited. In the said organization, he has 5 years of experience of handling Australian taxation, book keeping, GST, finalization and tax returns. He has extensive knowledge about Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, MYOB softwares. Since, 2 years, he has also been providing expert finance and tax services to client across Nepal. His primary expertise is in Trust, Company, Partnership and Individuals.

Vawana Pangeni

ACCA (Skills) Director-Operations

Vawana Pangeni, a key member of VPO with over 3 years of experience in the professional field, has been working as a Senior Tax Consultant in VPO. She was associated with Bashyal & Associates, a Nepalese top-sized CA firm for the first 3 years. She was leading a team of 5 people and handling more than 15 corporate houses. During her association there, she has worked in ensuring compliance with Nepalese and Foreign Tax laws and company laws. She has also been part of statutory audits of big corporate houses in an ever growing economy like Nepal. Her core expertise is in Trust, Company, Partnership and Individuals.
